In true Ben Franklin form we always feel the need to have an off the menu item! Today my staff started talking about a breakfast quesadilla.. well of course as the chef I had to deliver!
Tomato basil tortilla grilled to perfect with hashbrowns, bacon, ham, egg, onion, roasted red peppers glued together with our cheddar and feta cheese 🤤
Served with salsa or our tomato pesto 🤗
Amber, Leah, and Zach all taste tested today and they think it’s definitely worth a cute little breakfast treat for yourself 🤗
