We're wrapping up our Summer Superstar Spotlight Series by recognizing Troy, our September Employee of the Month!

Troy is an outstanding team member who consistently brings a respectful attitude, a willingness to help, and a positive spirit to every shift. Whether he's supporting his coworkers or making sure orders are moving smoothly, Troy is always ready to step up and make a difference!

One of the things Troy is most proud of is how much he's grown since joining McDonald's. His favorite position is running orders, a role that has helped him develop his multitasking skills and build confidence in his abilities. What once felt challenging has become something he can now tackle with pride!

Troy also loves the opportunity to meet new people, learn new skills, and grow both personally and professionally while being part of our team.

Douglas is an incredible asset to our kitchen team! Known for his reliability, strong work ethic, and dedication, he's always ready to jump in and help keep things running smoothly. From showing up on time and ready to work to supporting his teammates during busy shifts, Douglas is someone we can always count on!
