Well well well, hello there August!!!
A dump bc it’s been a minute and the last couple months have been a grand ol time haha! From beach vacays, running near the water, summer PD’s post wkout, one thing imma do is stay active with my fist in the air! 💪🏾😜
Summer as an educator means more time to do the things. Rest, hang, rest some more, travel, hang, rest and repeat. This has been my summer and I must say, it has been one for the books. It’s important for me to allow myself time to unwind, let go, and just be. BUT, it’s all soon coming to an end lol. I’ve got 21 days until I’m back to my 430 rise to get to wk in time. So, let’s get back on track. 😉
My goals this month have shifted and are challenging me in ways that are a little scary but also, giving MAJOR in the end.
For me, focus is hard lol. I get easily distracted in my 30 plus years lol and this causes me to get off track with different aspects of life.
I’ve found that tracking/journaling, and actually writing down the goals with the “how to” of those goals, REALLY help me accomplish things (both fitness and non-fitness related).
What are your goals this month? Anything u want to accomplish by the close of the year?
