We’re exhausted. We’re heartbroken. We’re grateful. We have no words, except “thank you.”

Thank you to everyone who showed up this week, for the outpouring of love and support from all directions. It’s because of you that Strayhouse thrived as long as it did.

Thank you to our amazing staff, who went above and beyond before, during, and after we closed our doors. You all were the heart and soul of this place, and it didn’t go unnoticed by us or the community.

But most of all thank you for welcoming us into this wonderful community, for giving us a chance, for all the laughs and the tears, for the good times and the bad, and for every moment that is now a cherished memory.

And for the few who tried to make an extremely devastating time even more difficult, we want to thank you, too. Because now we know who our true friends are, and you made us appreciate the people who genuinely cared about Strayhouse, our staff, and our family even more. The only thing you accomplished was bringing us all closer together.

Thank you for showing up for us over the years, through early mornings, long days, and all the small moments in between. Whether you were a regular, a weekend visitor, or just stopped in once—we felt your presence, and it mattered.

For nearly a decade, we’ve been lucky to serve this community, to grow with it, and to share more than just food and drinks. We’ve shared conversations, celebrations, heartbreaks, and laughs. We’ve watched families grow, friendships form, and memories made around our tables and counters.

We’re proud of what we created here—not just a place to grab a coffee or a bite, but something that felt like home. That feeling came from you as much as from us.

It’s hard to put into words what this goodbye means. But please know: every smile, every tip jar note, every “good morning” or “see you tomorrow”—it meant something. You’ve been part of our lives, and we’ll carry that with us.

This isn’t just the end of a chapter—it’s the closing of a very special one. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for making it unforgettable.

We’re down to our last 3 days — and we’re feeling all the feelings.

It’s hard to believe this chapter is coming to a close, but more than anything, we want these final days (Tuesday–Thursday) to be something special. We’d love to see your faces, share a few laughs, and soak in the last moments together.

We’ll be bringing back some old specials with a little twist — just like the good ol’ days, but with a dash of goodbye. 💔💛

To our family and friends of western Oklahoma… it is with heavy hearts we announce the last day of operation will be Thursday, July 24, 2025.

This decision was not made lightly, and we are truly heartbroken about closing our doors. We ask that you stop by this week to support our wonderful staff and wish them well as they start their new journeys.

It has been an honor and a privilege to serve the Clinton community for almost a decade. We will miss seeing all of your smiling faces and will cherish all of the lifelong memories and friends made along the way. Happy trails to you all! ❤️
