Sometimes life takes unexpected turns. Because of a necessary relocation out of state, the new business we announced will no longer be coming. This was not due to any fault on either side, just a change in circumstances.

We’re incredibly grateful for the excitement, support, and kindness shown, and we truly appreciate your understanding as circumstances changed beyond anyone’s control.

Great things in store next week at Clinton Culinary! The incubator, along with Soi 5 Thai , will be closed Monday, April 8-12 for remodeling, reopening Monday, April 15.

Thank you to KWQC TV6 News for featuring us in their interview about our upcoming expansion effort! 📺 We're thrilled to spread the word and share our plans to better accommodate Soi 5 Thai and our future restaurant tenants!

The Clinton Culinary Incubator, a place for small restaurant start-ups located on the ground level of Wilson Lofts on 5th Avenue South in Clinton will close temporarily from April 8. until April 12.

**Temporary** Closure of Clinton Culinary Incubator for Improvements April 8-12.
Clinton Culinary, the restaurant incubator located on the ground floor of Wilson Lofts- Clinton, IA, announces a temporary closure from April 8 to April 12, 2024, for extensive improvements and expansion efforts.
The upcoming closure will facilitate a reconfiguration of the space, geared towards creating a more efficient environment for the incubator tenants.
Soi 5 Thai will also be temporarily closed at this time to ensure a quick renovation to the space.
