This past Sunday I went to Home Depot in Oak Ridge after church to inquire about having my hot dog cart there a couple days a week. It looks like I may be able to. I'm gonna contact the Home Depot on Clinton Hwy. It's all in God's hands. When I get four solid days I'll be good to go.

I wanna apologize to Clinton Elementary School Blaze girls, boys basketball teams & all the Blaze fans for not having my hot dog cart at the game this week. I've had some kind of viral thing.

I've made enchiladas for my friends & family at CLINTON ELEMENTARY SCHOOL & SOUTH CLINTON ELEMENTARY SCHOOL. The meat I use in the enchiladas is what I'm gonna add to the menu Nachos, shredded pork, shredded cheese & jalapeños.

Ken's Hot Dogs (cart) won't be at CES Blaze girls and boys basketball game tonight.
I got some kinda bug, I got antibiotics from my doctor & he told me to give the antibiotics 3-4 say & I'd be good.
So I'll see y'all Monday night.
