6 month update:
We are still working hard to get opened this summer. This is the first time we've ever taken on a project like this and it has been a huge learning curve. We thought it would take us maybe 2-3 months to get everything done and much less money and boy we were wrong. On the upside, we are getting close! I'm positive we will be open this summer and definitely before Apple and Pork.
