Our Palisade Coffee Company drive-thru bar is looking for a part-time barista & social media assistant to join the team.

Here's the deal:
→ 12–16 hours/week
→ $16–$18/hr + tips
→ We'll teach you everything you need to know
→ No experience required

We're looking for someone who's great with people, picks things up fast, and wants to learn the craft of specialty coffee. If you've got a good eye for social media content, even better.

Quick reminder: we serve our FULL menu from 630am to 2pm. That includes burgers. At 7 in the morning. On a Friday. The Mile High Burger — sauteed mushrooms, onions, cheddar, bacon, lettuce, tomato, avocado, plus fries. $14. We've had people order this first thing in the morning and we love it every time. Quick question — do you know what a flat white actually is? Most people don't, and that's totally fine. Here's the simple version: it's espresso plus steamed milk, but with less foam than a latte and a stronger coffee flavor. If you've ever ordered a latte and thought 'I wish I could taste the coffee more,' a flat white is your answer. Ours is made with beans roasted right here in Mesa County by Palisade Coffee Company. Not from a corporate supply chain — from a local roaster who knows every batch personally. Try one this week. Hot or iced, through the drive-thru, starting at 5:30 AM. You might not go back to your regular order.

Let's talk about the Bacon Burrito Supreme for a second. Hashbrowns, bacon, scrambled eggs, green peppers, onions, green chili, sausage gravy, cheddar cheese — all wrapped up in one tortilla. Every morning before the sun comes up, our kitchen is already going. Biscuits cut from scratch. Cinnamon rolls hand-rolled. Espresso pulled from locally roasted Palisade Coffee beans. There are no shortcuts here — never have been. We just never showed you what it looks like before now. Drive-thru is open at 5:30 AM weekdays if you're up early with us.
