Chef, the lady at table 5 left you this note: "Thank you so much! Honestly, I feel this is the best meal I've had in my fifty-six years, thank you! - Kemberly."

There is no attention to me on the note. And read carefully, it says "I feel," not "I savored". And you know why? Because she felt several sensations. Not just the dish, but also the way you served it to her, your professionalism, your kindness, our work in the kitchen, and everything else. It's this combination that gave her such satisfaction. It's thanks to all of you, not to me..
