A Message from Brian and Robin Dodge, the Owners of New Countryside Family Restaurant

After 8 wonderful years of ownership, we have made the heartfelt decision to retire. It has truly been an honor to serve, work alongside, and get to be a part of the fabric of our town.

We are deeply grateful for the friendships, memories, and support we’ve received. The time we’ve spent together, and the memories made will remain with us as we enter this next chapter of our lives.

It feels important to share this news with our valued community directly as we begin working towards this transition. Our estimated date of retirement is September 30th, 2025.
