Classic Crust Pizza truck is a unique mobile catering experience serving the Capital District and beyond. Our goal is to provide a one of a kind party experience that people will be talking about! Our custom built 1946 Classic Chevrolet truck houses everything needed for the party including 3 beer taps, refrigeration, lighting, music, 4 custom built rustic tables and an Italian made wood fired ove

n from Mugnaini! Classic Crust menu is fully customizable! We have a wide variety of pizzas from the classics to anything your heart desires! If a topping is not listed just ask and will make it happen! Skies the limit! And included is a choice of salad, dessert and fresh squeezed lemonade. RESERVE OUR CUSTOM TRUCKS FOR YOUR NEXT EVENT. We'll roll up, set up, and start serving up delicious wood fired pizzas and craft beer & wine.

Today we proudly celebrate 250 years of freedom, courage, and the American spirit. We are incredibly grateful to live in this amazing country and to be part of such a wonderful community.
In honor of Independence Day, Classic Crust will be closed today so our amazing staff can enjoy this special holiday with their family and friends. They work hard all year long, and we’re thankful they have the opportunity to celebrate with their loved ones.
