Reservations are open. ROSY Supper Club No. 1 lands October 28.

Phila + Rachel Lorn of Mawn (byob) are trading Philly for Cleveland to cook with us around the fire. Their no-rules noodle house runs on family, Cambodian roots, Southeast Asian flavor, and a point of view all their own.

One night. Two kitchens. One fire.

“Major et Melior”
painted by Terry Urban, 2024.

This piece is a striking homage to the blue-collar spirit of Cleveland, Ohio, inspired by the artist’s birthplace. The composition centers on a poignant exchange between a woman farmer and a male steelworker, two enduring symbols of labor and resilience. They stand face-to-face, united in their gaze toward a central plaque that bears the Latin phrase Major et Melior—a testament to striving for greatness and improvement.

This painting serves as a heartfelt tribute to the unyielding determination of the working class, capturing their profound contributions to the soul of the city. Through its vivid storytelling and powerful symbolism, Major et Melior celebrates the perseverance, dignity, and unity of Cleveland’s people.

Thank you The New York Times for coming to Hingetown and shining a spotlight on our little restaurant. We’re over the moon.

Thank you to our entire team. Y’all kill it Every Damn Day, and it’s so inspiring to watch the joy you bring to the food and to the culture.

At ROSY, we cook with love, rarely making the same thing twice. We live to celebrate our farmers, our community and our friends around the fire.

To be seen after only 6 months feels incredible. We can’t wait to see y’all soon- walk in and say hello.

Stay ROSY 🌹
