Long before Cleveland became a culinary destination, Ohio City Pasta pioneered an uncompromising passion for excellent food. Hand-crafted in small batches since 1990, Ohio City Pasta is celebrated throughout the Midwest by top chefs and food-lovers alike. Made with the highest quality ingredients, perfected techniques, and careful attention to detail, Ohio City Pasta has earned its reputation as the preferred pasta-maker for the professional. Although production has dramatically increased in the 25 years since owner Gary Thomas launched what was a one-man operation, production methods have remained virtually unchanged. No corners are cut. Nothing is artificial. Ingredients are painstakingly selected and sourced as locally as possible. In the production kitchen, Gary and his team are never content with “good enough." While Ohio City Pasta does enjoy far-reaching growth, it remains a company with deep roots in Cleveland. Since 1991, it has proudly operated its flagship stand at the Westside Market, a century-old national treasure and the anchor of the Ohio City neighborhood. Meeting the needs of renown regional chefs, participating in citywide sustainability initiatives, sourcing ingredients from local producers—these efforts and many others evidence Ohio City Pasta’s sincere and ongoing commitment to its community. BLACK VULTURE RAMEN
🏆 BEST RAMEN TRUCK
Cleveland Magazine — Best of Cleveland 2026

We were chosen as one of Cleveland Magazine’s Editors’ Picks, and honestly, we’re still trying to wrap our heads around it.

We started this because we love making ramen. Then you guys kept showing up, eating our food, bringing your friends, and telling people about us.

And now here we are.

A little ramen operation from Lorain County somehow made the pages of Cleveland Magazine.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us along the way. Thank you to Ohio City Pasta for creating our noods and supporting this adventure.

Seriously.

We couldn’t do this without you. 🖤🍜

More ramen. More noodles. More chaos.

Let’s fu***ng go. HELL yeah. 🤘🏼

We always thought we're the coolest club in Cleveland… but now it's official! 😎🍝

Stoked to announce that the Pasta Club is Best of Cleveland 2026 Editors’ Pick for “Best Meal Kit”!

We couldn’t have made the club what it is without our awesome Pasta Club members hyping us up and our incredible partners: The Cheese and Charcuterie Shop for their perfect cheese pairings, Market Avenue W**e Bar for their w**e expertise (and member discounts!), Table 22, and all the other amazing folks we’ve worked with… looking at you Honey Prints, Wild Patch Greens and Tomato Monster Heirlooms 💛

The Pasta Club is popping off. If you’ve been meaning to sign up, now’s the time! The cutoff for the October drop is Wednesday, September 30 at 11:59 PM.

Current members: due to increased demand, we’re adding a second pickup week! Pickups will now be the 2nd AND 3rd Wednesday of each month. You’ll need to reserve your spot for the Wednesday of your choice. This gives us more room to chat, expand our offerings, and grow the club! 🙌
