• 2½–3 lbs chicken wings (split, tips removed)
• 1½ tbsp Old Bay seasoning
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp onion powder
• ½ tsp smoked paprika
• ½ tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp baking powder (for crispiness — optional but recommended)
• 1 tbsp oil (avocado or vegetable)
Honey Glaze
• ½ cup honey
• 2 tbsp melted butter
• 1 tbsp hot sauce (optional)
• ½ tsp Old Bay
• 1 tsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
• Pinch of cayenne (optional)

1. Prep the Wings
• Pat wings very dry with paper towels.
• Toss wings with oil, Old Bay, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, pepper, and baking powder.
2. Cook (Choose One Method)
Oven (Crispy Bake)
• Bake at 425°F
• Place wings on a rack over a sheet pan
• Bake 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway
3. Make the Honey Old Bay Glaze
• Simmer honey, butter, Old Bay, hot sauce, vinegar, and cayenne
• Cook 3–4 minutes until glossy and slightly thick
