Good evening, folks! This is Chef Martin with Martin’s Food Truck.

Just wanted to give everyone a quick update. We will be taking the next couple of days off as I continue recovering from pneumonia and bronchitis. I’m finishing up my medications, getting some rest, and making sure I’m 100% ready to get back at it.

Our next setup will be Friday, June 26th Muffleheads Brewing Company from 6 PM to 10:00 PM.

When we return, we’ll be bringing the flavor and serving up some of your Martin’s favorites:

Today, I just want to take a moment to say how truly blessed and grateful I am to be the father of two amazing boys, Mason and Manny. Being your dad is the greatest gift and biggest blessing I could ever ask for. Watching you grow, learn, and become young men makes me proud every single day.

Mason and Manny, I love you both more than words can express. Thank you for making me a proud father.

Wishing all the fathers, grandfathers, stepfathers, and father figures out there a day filled with love, laughter, and great memories with your families.

Good evening, folks!

It is Chef Martin with Martin’s Food Truck, and just a quick update. Our truck is currently at Valley Chevy getting some pretty major repairs done. We appreciate everyone’s patience and support while we get back up and running.

We are planning to be back for our next scheduled setups:
📍 Saturday, June 13th at Mattis Winery
📍 Sunday, June 14th at Das Weinhaus

On a personal note, I wanted to share a proud dad moment tonight.

Our son Mason had his first baseball game of the season and absolutely crushed it! He was walked in his first plate appearance, doubled in his second at-bat, and drove in a run with an RBI single in his third at-bat. He finished the game 2-for-2 with 1 walk, 1 RBI, and 2 stolen bases.

The kid put on a stud performance tonight, and we couldn’t be prouder!

Chef Martin here. Our food truck has been towed to the dealership, and we’re currently waiting on the estimate. We’re hoping and praying it’s a simple, affordable repair so we can get back on the road and serving all of our amazing customers within the next few days.

We would greatly appreciate your positive thoughts, prayers, and support during this little bump in the road. Your encouragement means the world to us, and it’s because of each and every one of you that we’re able to keep doing what we love.

🚨 HELP NEEDED – MARTIN’S FOOD TRUCK FAMILY 🚨

Good evening, Wellington and surrounding communities.

Call me anytime today I’m up late 216-303-0166 Robert the name thanks much!

Chef Martin here from Martin’s Food Truck, and I could really use some help. While working on my food truck, the alternator belt came loose. I loosened the bolts to get the belt back on, but now it appears I backed one of the alternator bolts out too far and can’t get it lined back up and reinstalled.

I’m looking for a mechanic or someone experienced with trucks who can meet me first thing Monday morning and help get this bolt back in so we can get back on the road serving our customers.

The truck is currently located at Das Weinhaus, and I can meet anyone there bright and early Monday morning. The winery is located in Litchfield and regularly hosts local events and food trucks.
