We made our delicious tacos today with blue corn masa and crispy cheese edges on the tortillas. The blue corn masa really enhances the flavor. 🌮🌮🌮

We also sprinkled cotija cheese and Mexican crema on top. How many can you handle? Have you ever had blue corn tortillas?
