A Foodie Trend We Love: Cleveland Restaurants Are Adapting To Meet The Demand For Casual Dining 🍽️

Things have definitely gotten more comfortable in the last year: how we dress, work and eat. 🍟 Though the COVID-19 pandemic made fast and delicious takeout foods a way of life, the shift towards casual eating has been a long time coming.

“Around 2008, the food truck scene started to happen,” says Carmen Paponetti, chef and owner at Domo Yakitori & Sushi. “Talented chefs were bringing incredible tasting food to people in a way that hadn’t previously been done.”
