Kitten season is among us! So tomorrow is the start of our TWO DAY Kitten Shower, and there is still time and space to register!

Why are we hosting a “Kitten Shower”? Because kitten season is here… and shelters everywhere are overwhelmed. 💔

Right now, shelters and rescues are flooded with tiny kittens needing food, medical care, fosters, and supplies. The more fosters available, the more cats SPCA Florida can continue to save by opening up valuable shelter space for incoming animals in need. 🍼🐾

That’s why Orlando Cat Café is inviting YOU to help make a difference while spending time with approximately 20 adorable kittens at once! 💕

Proceeds go directly to helping SPCA Florida continue their lifesaving mission. ❤️

We’re also hosting a donation drive all day both days, and the SPCA Florida van will be parked right out front so we can try to FILL IT UP with much-needed kitten supplies! 🎁

Visit Orlando Cat Café this weekend to snuggle kittens, donate supplies, learn about fostering, and support rescue efforts during the busiest time of year for shelters. 🐈

We’re excited to announce that Orlando Cat Café has been voted a winner in Orlando Family Magazine’s “Best of Pets 2026” awards!

This recognition means so much to us because it reflects the incredible support of our guests, adopters, volunteers, and community. Since opening in 2016, our mission has been to create a fun, relaxing space where people can enjoy coffee while helping adoptable cats find loving homes.

We’re incredibly thankful to our team, our rescue partners at SPCA Florida, and of course the amazing cats and kittens who make Orlando Cat Café so special every day.

Meet Emerson 🐾
At 2.5 years old, Emerson somehow still has the playful energy of a kitten — complete with zoomies, curiosity, and a talent for turning absolutely anything into a toy. But what really makes Emerson special is his heart. He is friendly, social, affectionate, and delightfully talkative, always ready to greet visitors with chirps, head boops, and requests for attention.

Emerson is the kind of cat who wants to be your best friend in every possible way. Whether he’s following you around for company, curling up beside you for cuddles, or chatting with you about his very important cat opinions, he makes every day brighter. He also gets along wonderfully with other kitties, making him an easy addition to just about any loving home.

He’s been with us for a few months now, and while we like to believe the Cat Distribution System is carefully preparing the perfect human for him, we’d really love to help speed up the process for this extra good boy. Emerson has so much love to give, and we know his future family is going to wonder how they ever lived without him.

We still have spots available to meet and snuggle our newest batch of 15-20 adoptable kittens on Friday, June 5th and Saturday, June 6th at Orlando Cat Café! For just $15, you’ll get 30 minutes of kitten cuddles with these adorable little babies during the height of kitten season. 🍼🐾 They'll be making appearances during the 11am and 3pm hours!

Best of all, proceeds go directly to SPCA Florida so they can continue saving cats and kittens in need. ❤️
