We are a small local business committed to the health of our community, located in The Life Center. We value high-quality, nutritious food that tastes great and, if possible, is grown locally. From The Recovery (a smoothie for workout recovery) to the Joint Jolt (a fresh pressed juice that supports your joints) to Energy Bites (a snack packed full of natural carbs to lift your energy), our menu is crafted to serve your body's needs. Our entire menu is gluten-free, whey-free, dairy-free, and no added sugars.

Underrated Juice of the Month: Ginger-Aide! 🥕🍋🫚

The Ginger-Aide is a personal favorite of our Cafe manager, and once you try it, she’s sure you’ll love it too!! Raw Carrot is great for eye health, and helps balance estrogen levels. Ginger Root works for nausea relief and inflammation, and Lemons boost iron absorption. Finally, Green Apple helps control blood sugar and digestion.
