Throwback! I been in the game since back in the day. I loved that boombox. A few months later I took it apart and painted it red. Came out dope. I guess you can say that was my very first custom job. That was also my first turntable at the bottom of the shelf. True story! I first tried to scratch on it after watching “Herbie Hancock’s- Rock It” on TV. Only thing is I didn’t know how, but I tried. I actually placed the needle on my record and began moving the tone arm & needle in a horizontal motion. I scratched the s**t out of my record. Killed my needle. I’ll tell you what, it sounded like scratching for a bit. Haha, I had no idea you were supposed to move the record back and forth. Expensive lesson learned. We all gotta start somewhere, lol. Oh yeah that’s a walkman I have on, and yes, that’s the OG Millennium Falcon. I been a Star Wars Geek since day 1. Have a great day everyone. www.djhenraycustoms.com Shop is open til 5pm.
