We’ll be opening at 7:00 AM instead of 6:00 AM due to staffing!

Apparently our employees require things like sleep, rest, and basic human functioning… the audacity. 😂

We’ll have the coffee hot, the griddle going, and breakfast ready for y’all starting at 7 AM! 🍳🥓☕️

Funny story before we get to the important part: chicken & dumplings. 😂

My car is currently getting repaired, so I’ve been driving my grandpa’s truck—which is equipped with a VERY luxurious, top-of-the-line climate control system.

And by that I mean… you roll the windows down. 🤣

So me and the girls are riding to school this morning with the windows down, absolutely SHIVERING, because apparently Mother Nature finally remembered it’s supposed to cool off eventually.

And somewhere between chattering teeth and yelling “I CAN’T FEEL MY FACE” over the wind, my brain went:

You know what sounds good? Chicken & dumplings.

So anyway… that’s the entire marketing strategy for today. 😂

As we head through our final week, we’re keeping the regular specials pretty simple. Outside of our buffet and our Pay What You Can dinner, our only specials this week will be:

That’s it. No 47 different specials. No complicated math. My brain has enough going on—I’m driving a truck where the A/C controls are literally two window cranks. 😂

With Three Heifers and a Hotplate closing, we’ll be selling off restaurant equipment, furniture, smallwares, kitchen supplies, décor, and more.

• Everything is first come, first served

THE FINAL COUNTDOWN IS ON, Y’ALL… AND WE’VE DECIDED TO GO OUT WITH FULL BELLIES AND ABSOLUTELY NO DIGNITY.

We are officially entering our FINAL WEEK at Three Heifers and a Hotplate, so if you’ve been saying, “We need to get over there one day…”

BABY, YOU HAVE RUN OUT OF “ONE DAYS.” 😂

TODAY WE’RE OPEN UNTIL 3PM!

Basically, if you want pancakes at 2:47PM while somebody at the next table eats a burger… this is a judgment-free establishment. We have bigger problems. 😂

Now, here’s the schedule for our LAST HOORAH:

🐮 TUESDAY–THURSDAY: 6AM–2PM
🐮 FRIDAY & SATURDAY: 6AM–8PM
🍽️ Dinner buffet Friday & Saturday night

AND SATURDAY…

🍗🚨 OUR FINAL $1 WING NIGHT! 🚨🍗

Please come absolutely RUIN our food inventory. 😂 We want to look in that walk-in Saturday night and hear an echo.

Then comes Sunday… 🥹❤️

And because apparently closing a restaurant wasn’t emotional enough, some of our former employees are coming back to work with us during our final week. 🥹

It’s basically a Three Heifers family reunion, except everybody has to work and somebody will probably be yelling “WHO TOOK MY PEN?!” by 9AM.

For the last 18 months, y’all have eaten with us, laughed with us, shared our posts, brought your families, celebrated with us, supported our crazy ideas and somehow kept coming back even after witnessing the absolute circus behind these doors. 😂

And we love y’all for it.

So this week, we don’t want sadness to be the main event.

We want MEMORIES.

Come eat one more breakfast.
Come order your favorite meal.
Come absolutely destroy us on $1 wing night.
Come see some familiar faces.

🚨🎂 BREAKING NEWS FROM THE TWO LITTLE HEIFERS: 🎂🚨

Our mama woke up OLDER today.

Please respect our privacy during this difficult time. 😂

We asked how old she is and she told us that “that is none of Facebook’s business.” So naturally, we came straight to Facebook.

What we CAN tell you is:

🐄 Her knees now make sounds.
🐄 She can’t sit down without saying “whew.”
🐄 She gets mad when somebody touches the A/C.
🐄 She wants to go to bed before 9 PM and thinks that’s good time.
🐄 And she has officially started saying things like, “Do you think money grows on trees?!”

We’d buy her a birthday present, but apparently WE are the reason she doesn’t have any money. Rude.

So if you come into Three Heifers today, PLEASE wish our mama a Happy Birthday! 🥳

Tell her she looks 21.

She doesn’t.

But she feeds people for a living, and we’d like her to remain emotionally stable through the end of the day. 😂

Happy Birthday to the woman who gave us life and has reminded us about it approximately 14,672 times. ❤️

Apparently, when you have NO CUSTOMERS, you have two choices:

1. Cry about it.
2. Make a music video. 🎤💃😂

Naturally, my girls and Jaclyn chose option #2.

Was there food to cook? Yep.
Were there tables to wait on? ABSOLUTELY NOT. 😭
Did that stop us from putting on a full-blown production like somebody from Nashville was about to discover us? Also no.

At this point, y’all better come eat before we drop an entire album. 😂

And with us permanently closing August 30th, we’re apparently making memories—and questionable music videos—while we still can. ❤️

Come see us before the Heifers officially leave the building… because clearly we cannot be trusted with this much free time. 🤣
