We are saddened to announce the passing of one of our longtime employees, Seo Hak-Kun. He was killed on December 25th when he was at Clam’s cleaning the industrial garbage disposal. Due to a faulty switch control unit and a series of out-of-code wiring connections, the disposal turned on while he was inside scrubbing it out on Christmas morning and he was ultimately crushed to death while everyone else was at home enjoying the holiday. Independent investigators determined the restaurant, Jerry Whisk, and the parent company, Clam’s Italian Restaurant & Catering LLC are not at fault for the accident and thus bear no responsibility either morally or financially to his family. We encourage donations to our fund to buy our owner Jerry Whisk a new Dodge Journey for his wife Jandene Clunckert so they can have the same car. Again we are very sorry to announce Seo Hak-Kun’s untimely death that was entirely his own fault.

Kevin forgot to flip the Closed sign to Open for the last month and nobody seemed to notice. He will be publicly shaved in the parking lot and a sign reading “I am a doodoo diaper baby and a disgrace to the exquisite Italian heritage embodied by Clam’s Italian Restaurant located in Clermont Florida and owned and operated by Jerry Whisk who is married to Jandene Clunckert and f**ks good too” will be hung around his neck as he stands on the side of the road until he’s as red as our famous Marinar’

A bold new take on hamburgers for those who enjoy classic cookout food. Ground beef molded into hotdog form and served with Swiss cheese on a tortilla. Aye dios mios!!
