This is not your average lasagna. 😍

Our Pork Shank Ragu Lasagna is layered with pork jus, tender pulled pork shank and mozzarella, then herbed ricotta, mushrooms, caramelized onions and Parmesan. Every bite is rich, savory and ridiculously good.

Sometimes when we're very busy and the kitchen is running a little long, PJ will joke with customers that it's because Chef Dane is an artist and wants everything just right.

And that part is true. See the progress of today's Pork Shank with Vegetables and Reduced Pork Demi. This dish was not "thrown together", it was thoughtfully done by the Chef himself. We have about half dozen available for take and bake for $18.

The way this dish hits your nose when you lift the lid at home... 🤪 it is insane how much flavor is packed into the 10oz Bone-in Pork Chop with Polenta. Smothered in peppers and pan juices with butter, herbs, and chicken stock reduced and poured over the pork chop. You will enjoy every bite.

Lady and The Goat. An underappreciated pizza topped with a red sauce base, mozzarella, goat cheese crumbles, shrimp, bacon, and peppadew peppers on our thick Sicilian crust. Mangia! 💃 🐐

🎓 A big Triad welcome back to our college crowd!

We know this time of year means new classes, new schedules, new students… and a whole lot of people who need to be fed. 😉

We just finished up this huge WFU order — 100+ breads, every one hand-tied, plus 100+ rolled utensils. And yes, that’s a LOT of bread!

But whether you’re feeding one person, a few friends, your office, a student organization or a crowd, we’re here for you.

We’re takeout only, conveniently located just off I-40 in Clemmons, and we’re happy to help with both everyday orders and large group orders/catering.
