I’ve had lots of people ask me about a grab and go case so I’m just going to make a post 🙂 while I totally understand the convenience aspect of being able to stop by and shop Coco’s on a whim, I operate under Texas Cottage Laws. And although the SB 541 updates in Q3 of 2025 expanded sooo many things for small business bakeries operating under the Texas Cottage Law umbrella, there are still distribution rules I must follow, one being that at least one aspect of the transaction must be hand to hand - meaning I either have to be present for payment or be present to put the goods in your hands.

- Yes! 🙌🏽 there are several talented bakers in town who offer grab and go, and I definitely encourage you to support them in their business endeavors! They may operate their businesses under a different category than TCL. Shop those cute little front porch cases and leave kind reviews/tag them! Those small gestures mean the most to all of us! 🥰
I wish I could offer the service, but I just wanted to put this out there and be transparent as to why I don’t offer it.
As we move forward into Year 3 and Year 4, there are big things coming. So hang tight! And until then, you’ll just have to continue to let social butterfly Coco talk your face off at order pickups 😂

Father’s Day is only 12 days away!!! 💙

Let’s show the dads in our lives how much we see and appreciate all that they do for us. The weight they silently carry is heavy, and so often they shoulder it without recognition.

Whether he’s the dad who fixes everything, works long hours, coaches the team, tells the corny jokes, or simply shows up day after day, Father’s Day is a chance to remind him how much he means to you.

✨ A Little Bittersweet News… ✨

As Coco’s heads into Year 3, I’ve been spending a lot of time reflecting on where I want this little bakery to go and what I want the future to look like. With a calendar that stays consistently booked and some exciting new goals and visions for the business, I’ve made the difficult decision to retire the Dubai Menu.

What started as a fun specialty offering quickly became one of the most loved menus I’ve ever created, and I am so grateful for every single order, share, review, and Dubai drop sellout. 💚🍫

Unfortunately, between custom orders, holiday offerings, and everything else happening behind the scenes, I simply don’t have the time needed to continue offering regular Dubai drops while maintaining the level of quality and service I expect from Coco’s.

So before we officially say goodbye, we’re doing one final farewell Dubai Drop! 🎉

The final menu will feature just four fan favorites:

🍫 Classic Half Pound Dubai Bars
🍪 Dubai Stuffed Cookies
🥣 16oz Dubai Dips
🍓 16oz Dubai Strawberry Cups

Once this final drop is over, the Dubai Menu will officially be retired.

While it’s hard to say goodbye to something that has been such a huge part of Coco’s, I am incredibly excited about what’s next. There are so many new ideas, products, and opportunities baking behind the scenes, and I cannot wait to share them with y’all as Coco’s continues to grow and evolve.

Thank you for supporting every crazy idea, every late-night menu launch, and every chapter of this journey. ❤️
