5th and 6th grade summer culinary camp was amazing! They had so much fun learning knife skills, baking, roasting, grilling, and even had a cookie contest! Our Sous Chefs (seniors and juniors) are the best at teaching!

Kelli Lehrmann and her family won the dinner at Nashville Lights 2025 and we had an amazing time last night at her son’s house! Five courses and lots of fun! Btw… she won the year before too!

She says that I will see her next year…. we’ll see:)😊

TAPT Luncheon today! Students provided Pasta Live, a salad station, and a sundae bar! Our students are amazing!

Sting Bistro will open after Spring Break…. we have catering events and the Multicultural Event on the 12th of March. We will not be open this week or the next:(

Last week chef Shipp from General Mills taught our culinary students how to make Sour Dough, Cibatta, Focaccia, and Baguette bread! Mighty tasty bread!
