One week of wedding season at CaraMel's Bakery, start to finish.

Monday I'm reading through every order like it's a final exam. Tuesday is a full shopping run. Wednesday and Thursday are baking and building. Friday I'm driving cakes across Tampa Bay before the sun's even fully up.

By Saturday I'm asleep by 8pm. No shame in it.

Hot take: you shouldn't have to think about your cake on your wedding day. At all.

That's my job. I package it, I drive it, I set it up, I style the table. You just have to show up and cut it.

Several years of doing this and it still hits different every time!

Every cake I build walks into someone's wedding day. Their anniversary. Their baby shower. The one day they'll talk about for the rest of their lives.

I get a front row seat to that, over and over. That's not something I take for granted.

Filming, editing, captioning, and somehow still finding time to decorate a wedding cake before Saturday. This is the real work behind the reels, and most of it never makes it to the feed. 😂
