With roots seeded in the mountainsides of Italy, we've been visiting this culinary country ever since we were children. Every stop in our hometown would bring together gatherings of family where we'd enjoy tasty meals made with love. The aromas of fresh pizzas, pastas, sauces and desserts that would fill our Mother's kitchen told us that we were about to enjoy something delicious and comforting. Now, years later, we are excited to share the flavors of our childhood with you as we bring a new taste of Italy to Clearwater Beach: Roman-style pizza. Light and crispy on the bottom with a tender dough and fresh toppings, we sell this pizza "al taglio" or "by the slice" making it perfect for lunch, dinner or quick snack. We've taken time and care to develop flavors using centuries-old traditions and the highest quality ingredients, right down to the Extra Virgin olive oil that we import exclusively.
