You've been asking, and we're excited to share that Popsicles with the Police is back! 🍧🚔

Ice Dreams Ice Cream Truck will once again team up with officers from the Clearfield Regional Police Department to hand out free popsicles during our neighborhood visits. The first dates of the season are Monday, June 22, and Friday, June 26.

For those who won’t see us in the neighborhoods, join us at Lower Witmer Park from 4:30 to 5 p.m. on Friday, June 26, where the officers and Ice Dreams will be handing out free popsicles.

We’re looking forward to another fun opportunity to connect with friends and neighbors, share some sweet treats, and spread positive summer vibes all around! 🍭🚔

We appreciate your support this past week as we kicked off another season! Seeing so many smiling faces is always rewarding, but what means even more to us is how the ice cream truck brings people together.

What has made this week, and really every season, especially meaningful is when Dave reconnects with the kids (now adults, obviously 😊) who grew up coming to “the green truck” and who now bring their children or grandchildren to the window.

Many of them reminisce about what the ice cream truck meant to them growing up — hearing the bell coming down the street, running to get money, the bubble gum at the bottom of the snow cones, summer evenings with friends and family, and the simple joy those moments brought.

One man visiting his parents in South Park shook Dave’s hand and said, “Some of my best summertime memories are of growing up here and waiting for the ice cream truck. Those memories will stay with me forever, and it’s great to see you’re still doing this.”

Dave got a bit misty-eyed hearing that. He never imagined that what he started back in the early ‘80s as a side hustle to fund his stock car team would have such an impact. That’s what he values most — the friendships, memories, and connections. Thank you for your continued kindness and support.

We’ll be back at it tomorrow for Mother’s Day! 💕 What better way to show your appreciation for mom than to treat her to ice cream?
