If you've been following along on this journey, you know I've always had one dream in mind: a place of my own where I can do what I love most... BAKE. ❤️

Today, I'm beyond excited to share that dream is becoming a reality!

🥖 Proof Bakehouse at The Market is opening its first brick-and-mortar location! 🥖

This new space will allow me to bake more than ever before for markets, events, and all of the amazing customers who have supported me from the very beginning. But that's not all...

Starting this summer, you'll be able to stop in on weekends for fresh, scratch-made bakery favorites including:

✨ Giant cinnamon rolls✨ Flaky danishes✨ Artisan sourdough breads✨ Focaccia✨ Pizza crusts✨ Cookies, treats, and seasonal specialties

And trust me... this is just the beginning.

I'll be starting small with limited hours on Saturdays and Sundays as I settle into the space and continue building something special for our community.

Come on down to Elly's we are all set up! Sourdough available: Jalapeno Cheddar, Original, Parmesan Cracked Pepper, and Cinnamon Chip (Makes amazing French toast!) Scratch granola and apple crisp also available! Limited quantities so get here early!!!

We’ve been on vacation for a few days but will be back at it with a pop-up Saturday March 21st at Elly’s Lounge in Clear Lake starting at 1pm! Stop in and see us and grab yourself some fresh baked breads, scratch granola and other goodies!!! While you’re there you should have one of their fresh squeezed margaritas, ice cold beers, or the famous Espresso Martini!!!
