Sweet Thai Chili Chicken Sliders

They are a mouth-full, just like the name! Two sliders with grilled chicken, lettuce, tomato, French's fried onions, Sriracha mayo, and a side of sweet Thai chili sauce (on the side so you can put as much as possible on). Served with chips and a pickle. Very low on the spice scale, just lots of flavor.

Happy Independence Day!!!!!! We will be open our regular hours all weekend 8 am - 3 pm. Have a wonderful and safe holiday weekend! Hope to see you all in for some delicious food!!

Way to work hard and represent our little town so well!! So proud to have Aly and Lexi apart of our Irma’s Place family! Aly has been such a great chair person and her presence will be missed as she “retires” from the role!

Our Parliamentary Procedure team competed at the State Convention this week! Monday consisted of the written test and preliminary round. While we are bummed we didn’t move on - we learned and had a great contest!
Alyssa graduated this year and is “retiring” from being our chair person - she has led this team well over the past three years and our success is due in part to her leadership.

We are so proud of all the Clear Lake FFA state participants!!! Our very own Alexis Rondeau has been honored to be a part of the Public Relations team at the State convention!!
We also have Aly Anderson and Lexi competing on the parli pro team! Help us cheer them and all the other Clear Lake state participants on! Can’t wait to see how they do and hear all the stories of this amazing experience!
