A Pizza Myself

🍕 Today was a good day.

We had the opportunity to cater a graduation party and serve fresh brick oven pizza as part of the celebration.

One of my favorite parts of this journey is getting to be a small part of people's special moments. Today was another reminder of why I started A Pizza Myself.

The pizzas were flying out of the ovens, and we even made a few new connections for future events.

Something has arrived!

Well it was a long day of working between the rain drops, but we got a good bit accomplished today. All wire tubes are installed and painted and got my new window header welded in and painted. I may not be winning any awards with my welds, but I think it will hold.

From waking up in the oven…
to ingredient runs…
to first orders…
to surviving total mushroom chaos…

Marty Margherita officially made it through Season 1 ❤️🍕

But something bigger might be waiting outside the pizza shop… 👀

Rumor has it Marty’s story didn’t start in the kitchen.
Some say he came from an old fire oven deep in the hills of Italy… 🇮🇹🔥
And others say there are more pizza characters out there still waiting to be discovered…

Season 2 might get a little bigger…
a little crazier…
and a whole lot cheesier 🍕😆
