HUGE Shout out to our team at Friends Clayton for holding onto our win streak one more year!! Fan Favorite! As Suzanne and I got Friends off the ground, it was natural for our foundation to reflect our upbringing.

We were raised by simple hard-working folks that cared about their families and their friends. One of those people was my great uncle, Matt Slepcevich. When he needed to get gas for his Ford Fairlane, he’d always talk about “trading” with old man Frank, who owned the gas station. At first, as a kid, I thought he was “trading” baseball cards. But, he was simply buying gas.

That concept of “trading” had a lasting impression on me. And, as we started Friends, it was critical that our customers always felt that they got a good “trade” when they came to Friends. People work hard for their money, and a fair “trade” was the only acceptable way for us to do business.

In that spirit, we have started our BOGO Apps on Thursday nights. Frankly 😁 (no pun intended), it is more than a fair trade! Come in tonight, buy some Pimento Cheese Wontons, and we will give you a free order of Fried Green Tomatoes or our Southern Belle Deviled Eggs or any other appetizer.

So, “trade” at Friends! Where we promise you’ll get your money’s worth!
