Just to let you know, this is one of my favorite Spanish dishes. We’re doing chicken mole comes with tortillas rice and a salad. This is a traditional dish from Puebla Mexico 🇲🇽 and it’s 🔥!

I’m still learning this grill, but it’s absolute fire like legitimately when it’s done it’s so good. It’s not even funny. The smoke the charcoal, the direct flame all of that gives it so much flavor. I’m gonna host a couple steak nights coming up soon in the future I love cooking on this grill to be honest I don’t do it enough, but I’m probably gonna do it a little more after tonight.
