Hello! I am a local chef and culinary educator and have grown a program for kids in the past few years. This summer, I am offering 6 weeks of courses to choose from. I am the former owner of Due Venti, previous pastry chef at Selden Standard and currently wrapping up my 1st year of teaching at OCC in their culinary department. I also work part time as a substitute teacher at Clawson Public schools, going on 4 years and I absolutely love working with kids.
