Happy Friday! The weekend is just a breath away and we want to help you welcome it. Today, we have summer on a plate! Pinto beans, collard greens that will make you lick your plate, grilled ham and a huge slice of local fresh off the vine tomatoes. It's not a bad way to escape the mid-day heat...come eat with us!

It's here! The first heirloom tomato sandwich of the summer, at Kasper's. Lightly toasted focaccia, lettuce, Cherokee purple tomatoes, mozzarella and basil melted on top, and our house herb aioli. This sandwich sings in your mouth!! Served with our house seasoned fries.
We can't wait to serve you our favorite part of summertime... Come eat with us!

It's our first of the summer season trips to Me & McGee Market and that means a delicious side for your dinner tonight. These beautiful eight ball and golden zucchini are sauteed with red onion and a mezcal herb de Provence and pair great with your steak or pecan crusted white fish. We LOVE summer for this very reason...come eat with us!
