It’s Friday again… which means it’s time for our Name This Torte & Win a Slice ✨

This week, I, Silke, bring you a gluten-free pumpkin torte that’s light and fluffy but still wonderfully indulgent! 🍂

It starts with a vanilla gluten-free cookie base and three layers of vanilla sponge. Each sponge layer is topped with a concentrated pumpkin filling with maple syrup and seasonings, paired with a light and fluffy pumpkin filling made with fresh whipped cream and toasted pecans for that delicious toasted flavor.

The same fluffy pumpkin filling, without the pecans, surrounds the outside, with fresh whipped cream decorations and toasted pecans sprinkled on top.

Everyone who tried the little samples set aside absolutely loved it, and I’m excited for you to try it too!

Time for lunch 😊

It’s Thursday, it’s 11:30, and that means we’re already serving all the good things.

Today’s table has our Spinach Pizza, Annemarie’s Sauerkraut Pizza, a Reuben, and a Bratwurst Combo.

So whether you’re in the mood for pizza, something German, a warm sandwich, or just a good lunch someone else makes for you, we’ve got you.

And just like that, the season has begun 🍂

We’re bringing out the pumpkin, the maple, the pecans, and all those fall flavors that make this time of year so good.

Happy Monday! 😊

Yes, this is our Tuscan, but today this is really about something bigger than one or two loaves of bread.

This is about inviting you into a space that is so closely connected to our hearts, and to the passion we continue to place here every day.

We are an artisan bakery. Our breads, pastries, cakes, meals, and so many of the things you find here are made from scratch, by hand, every day.

There are real people behind all of this. People mixing doughs, shaping breads, baking, decorating, cooking, delivering, serving, cleaning, helping customers, and showing up day after day to keep this place alive and full of good things for you.

And that matters.

When you choose a local bakery, a local Cafe, a local Deli, or any small shop in your community, you are choosing more than a product. You are supporting someone’s work, someone’s dream, someone’s team, and all the effort it takes to keep showing up.

We started this dream a long time ago, and we are still here, still creating, still baking, still serving, and still so grateful every time you choose us.

It’s Friday again… which means it’s time for our Name This Torte & Win a Slice ✨

This week, I, Silke, bring you a gluten-free torte that pays homage to these last moments of summer with tropical fruit, sangria, and chocolate. 🍑

It starts with a gluten-free chocolate cookie bottom, layered with a compote of peaches, mandarins, and apricots mixed with sangria, followed by a slightly tangy, creamy filling flavored with peach syrup and a little kick of sangria.

Three layers of chocolate sponge, each brushed with sangria and mandarin juice, alternate with that same fruit compote and creamy filling.

The torte is finished with fresh whipped cream around the outside and peach slices arranged into a beautiful flower on top!

A little Thursday sweetness from our pastry team ✨

This morning, we made fresh cinnamon rolls and, because it is the season, these beautiful pumpkin cupcakes.

These cupcakes, just like all our cupcakes, are gluten-free and vegan, made with a pumpkin filling and pumpkin cream, and finished with that little fall touch on top.

It’s Wednesday, and our Cafe is ready for lunch.

Featured here is our well-loved Spinach Pizza, made on our handmade crust with tomato sauce, mozzarella, and our spinach mix with feta, spinach, and garlic.
