Meet Lexi Pepoy, one of the warm welcomes behind Rudy’s Prime. 🤍

A Clarkston local and one of our hostesses, Lexi came for the food and atmosphere—and stayed for the people and good energy. When she’s not at Rudy’s, you’ll likely find her spending time with family, reading, playing Sudoku, or doing yoga.

Her Rudy’s order? Filet and truffle fries, followed by an espresso martini. Her favorite memory so far? Watching a guest propose to his future wife right here at Rudy’s.

In her time with us, Lexi says she’s learned just how important communication and teamwork are to creating the experience our guests enjoy each night.
