The recent tragedy involving a teen in our community is a heartbreaking reminder that we never truly know what someone may be going through.

If you or someone you know is struggling, please know that L3R Foundation is here to help. No one should feel like they have to face difficult times alone. There are people who care, who will listen, and who want to help connect you with support and resources.

Please check on your friends, your children, your students, and the people around you. A conversation, a listening ear, or simply letting someone know you care can mean more than you realize.
