A new chapter is coming to Paragon. ✨

Beginning Monday, August 24th, Paragon will temporarily close as we make way for an exciting transformation.

And leading that transformation is a familiar face.
🏆 Chopped Champion Chef Eric LeVine is back at Paragon after eight years — and he’s the driving force behind our reinvention, from the bold new menus to the experience we’re getting ready to unveil.

New look. New menu. New energy. And plenty more we can’t wait to share.
