Thank you for an AMAZING opening day! It was wonderful to see our customers again, and we were able to start training 3 of our 6 new employees. We appreciate your patience over the next couple weeks while we get our new folks up to speed. Swirling isn’t as easy as it seems. But, practice makes pretty delicious ice cream - no matter how it looks! 😋

We also got the chance to introduce the 67 sundae! Big Sings Ice Cream collaborated with Clarence Center Elementary to donate a silent auction item for the PTO Meat Raffle Fundraiser. The winning family had the opportunity to name and create one menu item for the 2026 season. It includes:

- your flavor ice cream of choice
- hot fudge
- Oreo
- cookie dough
- rainbow sprinkles
- mini gummy bears
- chocolate sundae dirt
- whipped cream
(no substitutions)

We’re open again 2-9:30pm today. See you at the shop! 🍦

- employees must be 16 or older. Bring a copy of working papers and/or learners permit/drivers license, along with a copy of your availability (include any sports, vacations or other commitments). Nights and weekends are a must!

- Call Mr. S at 716-830-7887 to schedule a 15 minute time slot to interview. If you are unavailable on Thursday, please still call to express interest. We will schedule future interview dates as necessary.
