Attention Loyal Crustomers- This next Saturday, October 24th is the annual Village Venture Arts & Crafts Faire, from 9am until 5pm. Please come by and enjoy this annual tradition in the Claremont Village with us. Please note a couple of things about Village Venture- All of the streets in the "old" part of the Village will be entirely blocked off to traffic, so that means there will no parking anywhere near Some Crust. If you have an order to pick up that day from us, we HIGHLY suggest you arrange to pick it up on either Friday or Sunday. The nearest parking will be the parking structure off of 1st St. by the Packing House, or the Metrolink lot at 1st and College Ave. Those tend to fill up fast, so please be aware. Also, this year we are doing things a little differently. Our Cafe side will be closed all day, as in past years, but this year we will be selling sliders and sandwiches in addition to all of our other wonderful baked goods and coffee. We will ask our customers to order any sliders or sandwiches on the Bakery side, and then pick up their order at the table at the front door of the Cafe. This will, hopefully, speed up customers getting their orders and will cause less congestion on the Bakery side. We will also be selling selected cookies from our little table at the front door of the Cafe, as we have in years past. Thanks, and we hope to see you next Saturday the 24th!

Attention Crustomers- Some Crust will be open our regular Monday hours this Monday, Labor Day, September 7th. We'll be open from 6:30am to 1:00pm. Come on by and pick up a treat for breakfast or a sandwich for a picnic later on!

Our Maintenance Days are over and we are once again open for business and painted and clean and shiny. We wanted to take a second to say a big Thank You to our two contractors who helped us out so much. Painting was done by Snelson Construction. They can be reached at [email protected] or at 951-316-0458. Erick is local and does great work. Our other repairs were done by Benjamin Fay Construction, and Justin in particular. Ben and Justin have been a lot of help over the years and have helped us maintain our "challenging" 125+ year old building. Attention Loyal Crustomers- It's that time of year again where we close down for our Annual Maintenance Days. Being that we are open 7 days a week and have a 125+ year old building, we need to take a couple of days a year to close down and clean, paint, repair and refurbish. We will be closed all day on Monday, August 10th and Tuesday, August 11th. We will re-open at our usual time on Wednesday, August 12th at 6:30am. We apologize that this may inconvenience some of our customers. Thanks from all the Crusties!

Attention Loyal Crustomers- Some Crust will be open on Independence Day, Saturday, July 4th from 7:00am until 12:00 noon. If you need some breakfast and some coffee that morning before your picnic or a parade you're attending, come on by and see us!

Some Crust Bakery will be open our regular Monday hours from 6:30am until 1:00pm this Memorial Day Monday May 25th. Stop by and pick up some treats or grab some coffee if you are planning something special for the day!

Attention Crustomers- Our land lines are currently not working. There is apparently a regional outage with Frontier customers in our area. Frontier is hoping to get the problem fixed quickly, but we don't have an ETA yet. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Attention Valued Crustomers- Easter is coming up fast! Some Crust will be open Saturday April 4th, the day before Easter Sunday, from 7:00am to 4:00pm. If you need to pick up treats for your Easter celebration, or if you just need to stock the pantry with more fresh-baked bread and bearclaws, come on by. The last day to place orders for pickup on Saturday the 4th is Wednesday, April 1st. We suggest shopping with us as early as possible on Saturday, as some of the specialty Easter treats will run out towards the end of the day. All items will be sold on a first come, first served basis, and we will not be able to hold items for later pick-up. The Cafe side of Some Crust will be closed on Saturday, but, if you have a pre-ordered order to pick up, we will have a table parked in the entrance of the Cafe for quick to-go pickup. We will not be serving sandwiches or sliders all day on Saturday the 4th. Some Crust will be closed Easter Sunday, April 5th, so that our employees may spend the day with family and friends. We will be open again our usual hours on Monday, April 6th, from 6:30am until 1:00pm. We at Some Crust want to wish all of our Crustomers a Happy Spring Holiday, whether you are celebrating Passover or Easter, or just spending a nice Spring day at home with loved ones.
