🤼♂️ Help us make the 3rd year of Quantum Flow Youth Wrestling their biggest one yet!
Brett and the coaches started this program to build on Quantum Flow’s Jiu Jitsu program and give local youth the opportunity to grow in wrestling. Wrestling was Brett’s main focus growing up, and he wanted to give the next generation the same experience he had, but 10 times better.
With Brett being a multiple-time All-American in freestyle and Greco-Roman, a Midwest National Champion in folkstyle, and a multi-record holder in Harrison High School’s varsity wrestling program, he’s bringing that experience back to help shape the next generation.
Now entering this year of Youth Wrestling, Fuel Up Nutrition is having a fundraiser October 9th and 10th to keep growing the program and giving these kids opportunities to learn, compete, and build confidence both on and off the mat. 20 Percent of proceeds will be going towards the program!

When: Friday 7am-6pm and Saturday 9am-3pm
