We are so excited to announce that we have received our first order of beans from Get wired coffee and such LLC!

After tasting Get Wired’s Puerto Rican coffee and espresso, we knew it belonged at Small Town Sips. It has rich flavor, smooth espresso, and none of the harsh bitterness.

As you know the rain has not been our friend! So we are adjusting a bit and plan on opening in our trailer until our building can be delivered and completed. See you sometime in June 😉

Yesterday our good friend Josh Smith/ the best electrician around was busy getting things ready for us! We are truly so lucky to have so many friends supporting our little dream!!

Good morning everyone! The Cisne Community Center is having a smoked pork loin fundraiser and today Is the last dayy to place your orders!

These fundraisers do so much more than you might think… they help keep the lights on, maintain the building, keep rent affordable, and cover any repairs needed.

This would be a perfect meal for all those graduation parties!

It’s been a minute since we’ve shared an update on Small Town Sips, so we wanted to check in! ☕🥤

Unfortunately, the rain hasn’t exactly been our best friend lately. Right now we’re waiting on a couple of trees to be taken down and the concrete to be poured so we can bring in our building and get the drive-thru down.

Once that’s finished, we’ll actually be starting operations out of a small trailer while our permanent building is being completed. We’re so excited to finally start serving you all!

We don’t have a definite opening date just yet, but we’re hoping to share one soon… as long as the weather cooperates!

Thank you all for your patience and support. We truly can’t wait to bring something fun and new to Cisne!

After celebrating Easter on Sunday we took advantage of the beautiful weather and continued cleanup on the property! A big thanks to my mom Connie Clements and my very best friend Leslie Riley for pitching in! They are always willing to help and it’s appreciated so much!

We just want to say THANK YOU to everyone who has shared their drink and flavor suggestions with us! We absolutely love seeing all the ideas and excitement from the community. It makes us even more excited to bring Small Town Sips to life. ☕🥤

Over the next few weeks, we’ll be working hard getting the property ready and preparing everything behind the scenes. There’s a lot happening right now, and we can’t wait to share the progress with you!

We don’t have an official opening date just yet, but in the next couple of weeks we’re hoping to be closer to announcing one.

Our small community of Cisne suffered a heartbreaking loss last night with the passing of CMS student, Owen Bailey, in a side-by-side accident.

Our son Eric had the privilege of being one of Owen’s classmates, and our hearts are heavy for Owen’s family, friends, classmates, and everyone who knew and loved him.

As parents, we cannot begin to imagine the pain they are facing.

Below is a link to a GoFundMe that was created by one of Owen’s dad’s close friends to help ease any financial burdens the family may face.

If you are able, please consider donating. If you are unable to give at this time, we ask that you please keep Owen’s family in your prayers as they navigate the days ahead.

Welcome to Small Town Sips!

For the past three years, Ryan Johnson and I (Rachel Johnson) have been dreaming, planning, and praying about bringing something special to our hometown of Cisne. Today we are so excited to finally share that dream with all of you!

Small Town Sips will be serving up:
☕ Fresh coffees
🥤 Sodas
🥤 Dirty sodas
⚡ Dirty energy drinks
…and plenty of fun drink creations for our community to enjoy.

We are starting work on the land to prepare everything for our location, which will include a convenient drive-thru so you can quickly grab your favorite drink on the go.

This business means so much to us because it’s about more than just drinks. It’s about creating a place where people can stop in, visit, laugh, and enjoy something delicious.

We are incredibly excited to bring Small Town Sips to Cisne and can’t wait to take you along on the journey with us.
