At Black Diamond, we take tremendous pride in the food, service, and hospitality we provide across all of our locations. Our teams work exceptionally hard every single day to deliver an experience our communities can be proud of.
We also understand that, from time to time, mistakes happen. But in most instances, issues can be resolved immediately simply by speaking with your server or asking for a manager. If we do not know there is a problem, we cannot fix it in real time.
A negative review should never be the first conversation. Most concerns — whether food or service related — can be corrected quickly and professionally while you are still in the restaurant. We are extremely proud that all of our locations maintain strong ratings, and 3 of our 9 locations still hold a perfect 5.0 Google rating.
But speaking not just for Black Diamond, but for all of our fellow restaurateurs, please make the effort to resolve concerns in real time.
