Honoring Father’s Day with a smoked Old Fashioned featuring Johnnie Walker Black Label and our housemade saffron syrup. To all the fathers, grandfathers, mentors, and father figures in our community, thank you for your strength, wisdom, sacrifices, and the memories you help create for generations to come! 💙

The phrase Patiala Peg originated in Patiala, Punjab, and became famous for its generous pour; a symbol of celebration, hospitality, and sharing good times with loved ones.

This month at ZIQR, we’re celebrating culture, color, and creativity through three iconic occasions- each with a cocktail designed to tell its story! 🍹✨

April begins with a little mischief…
April Fool’s Day dates back centuries, rooted in playful pranks and lighthearted surprises across cultures. Our Ziqr’s April Fool’s Surprise brings that same spirit- sweet, tangy, and finished with a sour surprise you won’t see coming. Are you brave enough to try? 👀😉

We then honor Vaisakhi, the vibrant Punjabi harvest festival marking prosperity, new beginnings, and community. Traditionally celebrated with music, dancing, and gratitude, our Vaisakhi Aam Utsav reflects those bright flavors- fresh mango, citrus, ginger, and a touch of heat, symbolizing the richness of the season! 🌾🥭💛

And of course, we celebrate Easter, a holiday of renewal, joy, and togetherness. Inspired by nostalgic Easter traditions, Ziqr’s Easter Egg Hunt is playful yet elevated - featuring soft foam, bright berry notes, and festive egg-inspired garnishes! 🥚🪺🐣✨

Our brand-new March Cocktail Specials are inspired by three exciting occasions: Holi – The Festival of Colors 🎨, St. Patrick’s Day ☘️, and International Women’s Day!💖 Each cocktail was thoughtfully crafted to reflect the vibrant spirit, rich traditions, and bold flavors that define ZIQR! 🦚🌸

🍀 Ziqr’s Lucky Charm – An Irish-Indian Fusion
A festive St. Patrick’s Day creation blending Jameson, Baileys, pistachio, and thandai for a smooth and indulgent cocktail that brings together Irish warmth and Indian spice traditions!
🌈 Ziqr Ke Rang – “The Colors of Ziqr”
A showstopping color-changing cocktail celebrating Holi, featuring our stunning purple Empress Gin that magically transforms into the iconic ZIQR pink. It’s bright, floral, and as mesmerizing as the festival itself!
🌹 Gulal Gulab – “The Colorful Rose”
Inspired by the joyful powders of Holi, this cocktail features a beautiful blue-to-red gradient with Bombay Sapphire, blue curaçao, sour mix, and rose syrup. The name comes from gulal, the vibrant colored powders tossed in the air during Holi celebrations to symbolize joy, unity, and the arrival of spring, and gulab means rose, tying perfectly into the cocktail’s floral finish!
🥂 Lamarca Rosé Special
In honor of International Women’s Day, we’re featuring a 6 oz Lamarca Rosé- the perfect sparkling toast to the incredible women who inspire us every day. The Lamarca Rosé will be available all month long, and on March 8th for International Women’s Day, it will be half off as we celebrate and honor the amazing women in our community! 👏💞
