WHAT. A. WEEK. 🍦🚀
From heading to St. Louis for Scoop School, to learning the ins and outs of making incredible ice cream, to sharing our story at StartupCincy Week AND serving up some swirls at their Ice Cream Social… it’s been a week we won’t forget.
We started Swirley’s with a simple idea: make really great ice cream, have a whole lot of fun, and bring people together along the way.
But we’ve always dreamed of something bigger.
So… WE BOUGHT A BUILDING! 🏠🍦🎉
That’s right! Swirley’s is officially putting down roots in Alexandria, KY, and we’re gearing up to open our very first brick-and-mortar ice cream shop in SPRING 2027!
And don’t worry, our mobile trailer will continue rolling… with even more fun maybe some unique offerings coming your way!
There’s a LOT of work between now and that first cone, but we couldn’t be more excited to bring this dream to life and share the journey with you!
Follow along as we turn this building into Swirley’s! From renovations and recipe testing to the finishing touches and opening day, we’re taking you along for the ride!
