Wanted to take a moment to thank everyone who came out to support our pop up today. I do not think any of us were ready for what the day brought but we are so grateful to have such loyal supporters after all of these years.

Also, thank you for all of the patience that you showed us. Obviously we were rusty after four years of having off...

Special thanks to our friends over at KungFood Chu's AmerAsia for STRONGLY encouraging us to do this event as well as opening up their doors to us to make this all happen- not forgetting to mention, jumping back in the kitchen to help get orders out! And thanks to KungBrew Cafe for supplying us with the caffeine to get us through the day!

We hoped you enjoyed the food and again, thank you for all of your patience.

A note from the little daughter that always worked there: Sorry I was not able to come out and say hello to all of my favorite guests and friends. Please know that I have missed so many of you and looked forward to today for weeks!

It has been two years since we've closed our doors but that does not mean that we have forgotten all of the guests who have touched our lives. In so many ways you have become part of our pho phamily.

It is with a heavy heart that we share that the matriarch of our family, Le herself, has passed away on June 16, 2022. For everyone that has been touched by her kindness and contagious smile, she is no longer suffering. She battled kidney disease for almost 19 years-going in and out of the hospital and undergoing dialysis, through it all, she was a fighter and she loved her little hole in the wall shop.

At the end of the days, she would reflect with us about the highs and the lows...lows being that she could not move fast enough to keep up with the line. The highs were definitely the connections she was able to make over the years (even before Court Street).

Rest easy now Mama.

To our wonderful customers,

For the nine years that we were at this location, you have made such a huge impact on all of our lives. You all have been there with us whenever mom was in the hospital, when dad had his strokes, even when we had babies. To say that you were just customers is far from the truth. You have made our family’s lives happier and better by letting us be a part of yours.
It has truly been an honor getting to know each one of you and to serve you. No matter how long the lines got, no matter how badly we might have screwed up your orders or even how high the pile of dishes on the trash can got, you always have supported our little family business. We owe you all everything.
It was a terribly difficult decision to step away from the business but situations have changed and it was time for us to move forward. Mom and dad have been a part of the restaurant world for so long that hopefully they will learn how to slow it down. We are so grateful that you accepted us into the community and that you made the past nine years so much fun and memorable.
