For four decades, Dave has welcomed countless guests through our doors, and a few nights stand out above the rest.

The ones spent learning from Jeff Ruby as he ran the restaurant floor. The ones spent serving Cincinnati legend Pete Rose. The ones spent working alongside Charlie Bledsoe.
