Looking forward to supporting Juniper Seed in September

EXCITING NEWS! 📢 We are thrilled to announce that .seed is the next Findlay Launch Resident at 1809 Elm Street! They will be launching their year-long residency in September, and we couldn’t be more excited to watch them continue to grow their concept.

Juniper Seed has been working out of Findlay Kitchen as a plant-based meal kit delivery service for just over a year. Founder Alecia Petroze has been bopping around the restaurant industry for nearly 20 years, and opening a vegan food business has always been in the back of her mind. “I’m so over avocado toast and tofu scrambles,” Alecia says. “I want to go out and eat brunch like everyone else.”

During her Findlay Launch Residency, Alecia and her team will be offering plant-based brunch service as well as grab and go meals. They are hard at work in the planning process now, but they’re excited to serve you on Elm Street come September.

We have some news to share, Essen will be closing its doors at the end of July. We will be open weekends Friday-Sunday. Our final day will be Sunday July 28th.

It has been a pleasure serving our many regular customers. We are grateful for the support you have given us these past 5+years.
Thank you to everyone who has worked at over the years! Each of you has contributed your talent and passion and helped us to evolve our menu and improve our operations.
Also thank you to for welcoming our customers and providing a dining space while enjoying a favorite beverage.
It is sad to go but we have made many friends through this venture and have so many beautiful memories.🙏 We hope to see you soon 🥰❤️
