Recently, I had to undergo a major surgery to remove a cancerous tumor from my mid-back/spinal region and have rods and screws placed in my spine. I’ll be healing over the next couple of months and beginning treatments to help ensure the tumor doesn’t return.
During this time, I won’t be able to work — and I’ve had to hire staff at Rune to keep things running while I recover. It’s been a big new expense, and without being able to pay myself, things are tight financially (especially heading into winter).
I’m asking my community for help through this difficult chapter. 🧡
Running Rune has been my heart and soul for the past 2.5 years, and going from working every day with very limited to no staff to not being able to work at all has been a hard adjustment mentally and financially.
